Q: My phone shows "Phone Lock"
in the Display. I have entered three times a wrong Phonecode. Now
I cannot use the phone like before.
A: You need the Master Phone
Code (MPC) to unlock your phone. Please
bring your phone to one of our Service
Centres to get that Master Phone Code for a small handling fee. Bring
along something to identify yourself, e.g. your ID card, driving license
or similar document.
Q: My phone shows "PIN Lock"
in the Display. I have entered three times a wrong PIN. Now some
of the functions of my phone are disabled.
A: You need the Pin Unblocking
Code (PUK) to unlock your SIM card. Please
contact one of the Service Hotlines of the network providers on how to
get that code. Since this concerns the Sim card, and not the phone, Opticom
cannot give you that code.
