Opticom has been providing warranty repairs for Siemens mobile phones since spring 1997. In July 1997, as the first and still the only company in Vietnam, we signed our Service Agreement directly with Siemens Germany to be its "Local Service Organisation" (LSO). By this we became the second oldest authorized Mobile Phone Service Centre in Vietnam. During all those years since then, we have gained experience like no other Siemens Service Centre here.

Since 1998, we have been supported by the Siemens Asia Service Centre (ASC) in Singapore. We have of course access to Siemens' Service Informations and can order original spare parts directly from Siemens in Germany.
 

Advice, Repairs (in and out of warranty), Tips, and more.....

Since our beginnings in 1997, we have supported our customers and the Siemens distributors:
VMS, FPT, GPC, Dong Nam, NTC, Dong Tin, Vien Tuyen, MSC. While new distributors appeared, and others stopped selling Siemens mobile phones, during all those years we have been providing continuous service for all officially imported phones and assured Siemens' and our customers in Vietnam:
"Siemens Mobile Phone Service" means "Opticom".

From 1998 to 2001, we have been also "Ericsson Authorised Service Centre" (EASC), most of the time Ericsson's top level support for Vietnam. And there was a brief time, when we were even"Authorised Motorola Service Agent".
